General Coaching Job Description:  Our instructors and site managers are the core of our youth bike programs.  Responsibility, adaptability, enthusiasm and warm encouragement are traits that define our team.  Our teams’ responsibilities include leading small groups of kids through fun, engaging and safe biking sessions in natural outdoor settings: all whilst responsibly putting safety first and leading personalized instruction to our students.  Our classes span across nearly all skill levels (from just learning how to bike to successfully clearing gap jumps and drop-ins past high-rise berms) and thus we hire instructors at all different experiences & MTB skill levels.
